This one-hour, group-based session flows through dynamic stations, including mittwork in the ring to refine your combos, bag drills to build power and endurance, conditioning exercises to boost agility and stamina, and strength training to enhance raw power. Whether you're a seasoned boxer fine-tuning your combos or a beginner mastering the basics, this class meets you where you are—and takes you further.

ALIGN.

Strength, balance, and control come together in ALIGN., a series of pilates-inspired classes designed to challenge both body and mind. From mat pilates to HEROBOARD sessions—featuring the smoothest-moving exercise platform designed to enhance stability and precision—each class focuses on core engagement, intentional movement, and mindfulness. ALIGN. is your space to connect with your body and build lasting strength.

HUSTLE.

This one-hour, full-body workout is designed to build muscle, improve technique, and drive progress, one rep at a time. With a dynamic program targeting all major muscle groups, you’ll rotate through exercises featuring dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands for a challenging yet empowering experience. Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up, HUSTLE. is crafted for all fitness levels.
