What is “The Wellness Partner”?

Every month we partner with a local wellness company in the community to provide our members with exclusive perks. Our goal is to provide you with more resources and education to better your lifestyle. We announce on the 1st of every month who the partner is!

What classes do you offer?

We put on Boxing (GRIND.), Strength (HUSTLE.), Yoga (RESTORE.), and pilates (ALIGN.) classes. We can’t wait for you to try them out!

How do I create an account?

Head to the app store (CULTURE. TWC) or our website! Make sure to toggle “marketing & communications” turned ON as this is how we communicate with you about updates on classes!

How do I book a class?

Head to our website or download our app (CULTURE. TWC) to create an account to book! It is very user friendly!

Can I just show up for class?

No! Our classes are reservation based! You must create an account and book in the app or our website.

When should I arrive for class?

We always recommend showing up atleast 10 minutes before class. That way you have enough time to get ready, mingle, and let our team take care of you! It is mandatory to show up 15 minutes early if it is your first time.

What do I need for classes?

Just bring yourself and we take care of the rest! We provide water, a sweat towel, and healthy snacks!

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Nope! We got you covered for every class format.

Are your classes beginner friendly?

Yes! Our workouts are programmed to be at your own pace. We will teach you everything and we take the time to ensure you’re following along. We LOVE first timers!

I have injuries. Can I workout?

Yes! We make sure to review any injuries or modifications with you prior to class start. Our workouts are programmed to be at your own pace and we can modify however necessary.

What ages are allowed?

All ages are welcome, we are inclusive to everyone! If you are below the age of 16 you will need to have a legal guardian sign off.

What should I wear?

Wear anything you are comfortable sweating in and appropriate shoes to move around in. Leggings, shorts, t-shirts, sports bra, etc! For our RESTORE. and ALIGN. classes you will be barefoot or in socks.

Do you offer child care services?

We do not offer child care services, but they are welcome to hang out on our couches while you sweat! You will just fill out a waiver saying we are not responsible. Children are not allowed to be loud, or run around.

What if I am running late?

We have a 5 minute late policy! If you arrive after 5 minutes we cannot allow you to take class as it is a safety precaution, and disrupts the class.

Something came up.. How do I cancel?

You can cancel in the app up to 2 hours before the class start time without being charged the $8 late cancel fee!

What happens if I don't show up to class?

Our no show fee policy is if you book class and do not show up you will be charged $10. If you are on a pack or pack membership you will not lose your credit, you will just be charged.

Do you have showers?

We do not, but restrooms are available!

Do you offer 1 on 1 sessions?

Yes!! We offer private training sessions! Our most popular focuses on boxing and strength/cardio training.

Head to our app (CULTURE. TWC) or website (click “Get Started”) to see details! We recommend our unlimited membership as you get the most bang for your buck!

How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go, but understand life happens! Just shoot us an email with your notice at hello@culturetwc.com.

There is a 2 month minimum for our recurring memberships before you can cancel.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! We can put your membership on freeze for 1-6 months with no cost!
